Allard and Vaughan decide to take their relationship to the next level, regarding this as an interesting opportunity to try out 'virgin bride' fantasies. Which have to be a fantasy considering what Allard and Vaughan have been doing already.
This is, of course, a marvellous opportunity to be offensively romantic in public and extremely randy in private--or what passes for private in a small ship crewed by one voyeur and rather a lot of interested onlookers.
Then the rest of the crew decide to be helpful. Allard has never felt so much like a dressing-up doll in his entire life.
Eventually, Allard and Vaughan find that being 'just married' does make a difference. Interestingly, it's not the difference they were expecting.
This e-book, also known as The Infamous Wedding Story, was the result of a fluffy BDSM story wandering leisurely in the direction of romantic comedy.
So leisurely, in fact, that we kept picking it up, wibbling faintly about how bloody long it was (no louche jokes here, please. That's our department), laughing as we read it over, and then discovering it was too late to do any work and putting the file back.
This is entirely Woolgrave's fault for being bleedin' inefficient, but being in a different time-zone from one's collab doesn't help either.
We think it's worth the wait, and can only hope somebody else agrees.
